You may contact your insurance company if desired to find out if you’re eligible for reimbursement for Out-of-Network Speech Therapy services. Once paid at the time of service, Speech Language Planner, A Speech Therapy Corporation can provide you with a Superbill (a medical receipt), which you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

We reserve the right to change fees at any time. Existing clients will be given notice of any rate changes.
Cancellation and Billing Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations. A $25 fee will be billed for no-shows and for sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Advanced cancellation notice allows us to offer cancelled appointment times to other clients. The fee will be waived in cases of emergency or inclement weather.
Payment Options
Fees for service are private pay only and paid in advance or at the end of each therapy session. We accept all major credit card, debit, FSA, and HISA cards. All payments are due at the time of service.
Income Tax Deductions
Fees for speech-language pathology services may be claimed as Medical Expenses on your taxes.
